Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with independent dealers and large end-users, such as municipalities, educational institutions, and hospitality providers. Your primary focus will be to promote and sell our professional outdoor power equipment while significantly enhancing brand visibility within the commercial sector. The Territory Manager will closely collaborate with existing sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ultimately expanding our professional dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the designated business segment to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Efficiently manage company-issued demonstration equipment.
- Conduct product training sessions for distributor staff and key dealer representatives.
- Identify prospects, generate new accounts, and drive distribution growth.
- Play a crucial role in tradeshows and major marketing events.
- Spearhead initiatives for new product launches within your territory.
- Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Field Sales.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the outdoor power equipment (OPE) sector or with an OPE parts manufacturer.
- At least 5 years of field sales experience within the OPE industry.
